Chrystalise is founded by Chryso Metta who has 12 years of international experience working with the public and private sector. She is a Chartered Civil Engineer, with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and is passionate about combining innovative technologies and harnessing the power of data to understand the longevity and resilience of physical assets.

She strives to work for products which aim to address climate issues, and is driven by solutions that are impactful to the community and the environment.
She uses customer centric approach when designing digital products and values the importance of customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle.

She has an extensive experience in crafting business proposals for new and innovative digital products for the build environment. During the innovate phase she undertakes market research and competitive analysis to identify the feasibility, desirability and viability of her products.

She is a brilliant workshop facilitator and during the design phase she gathers customer requirements for developing the product roadmap. She synthesises effectively customer insights to user stories and journey maps and creates the Minimum Marketable Product (MMP).
During implementation phase, she effectively communicates to stakeholder and ensures they are informed about her strategic decisions throughout all stages of the process. Prioritisation of product features and identification of risks and opportunities are a key for the successful delivery of her products. She also develops go to market strategies and client engagement programs for successful launch of products.
